We offer diverse cycling classes led by different instructors, each bringing their own unique energy and style.
Instructor Charu’s Class:
A cycle class focused on raising your heart rate with low impact on your joints. Build strength, reduce stress, and see your body transform with consistency! Indoor cycling is highly recommended for older adults looking to stay strong. Join our fun and effective cycling class—great for both body and mind! 🚴🏻♀️

Instructor Steven’s Class (Groove Cycle):
A cycle class for athletic enthusiasts of all levels; newbies to hardcore. We combine the intensity of aerobic cycling and the rhythm and energy of a dance party, all within a context of body positivity and group support. If you are a music lover, this class is for you, with remixes and mashups of your favorite songs old and new (music provided my Okinawa DJs). You will not believe how fast 60 minutes will fly by as you burn hella calories, tone your bod, and smile from your mouth and soul!
Instructor Ashley’s Class (Cycle Fusion):
A class where you can get a little bit of everything your body, mind and soul needs all in 70 heart pumpin minutes! The class will start with a heart pumping 20 min on the spin bike, move to 20 minutes of muscle burnin low intensity HIIT to build strength and tone muscles & and then end with 20 minutes of a mobility yoga flow to help you rest and recover.

Share Space
We love sharing our space at Younity Studio when group fitness classes aren’t in session. The studio is equipped with indoor bikes, TRX, weights (1-6kg), and yoga mats, making it perfect for personal workouts, small group fitness sessions, or exercising with friends. If you need a space with great vibes and your choice of music, Younity is here for you!
