These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of YOUnity Fitness Studio’s services, website, applications, and products (collectively referred to as "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Definitions
"Studio": Refers to YOUnity Fitness Studio, the indoor cycling facility.
"Participant": Refers to an individual who uses our Services.
"Instructor": Refers to the authorized personnel leading cycling classes at the studio.
"You" or "Your": Refers to the Participant.

2. Assumption of Risk and Health
2.1. Assumption of Risk: Participation in indoor cycling classes involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with using our Services.
2.2. Health Considerations: Participants affirm that they are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation in indoor cycling classes. Please see liability waiver for more detailed terms and conditions.

3. Booking and Cancellation
3.1. Reservations: Participants can book cycling classes through our website or other on-line social media.
3.2. Cancellation Policy: 
Cancellation policy: Classes can be cancelled anytime up to 6 hours before the class start time to be refunded. If the class is cancelled within 6 hours before the class start time (or class is booked but not attended) then the class will not be refunded and the payment will be forfeited or credit will be deducted from your class package or membership.

4. Code of Conduct
4.1. Respect: Participants are expected to treat other participants, Instructors, and studio staff with respect and courtesy.
4.2. Adherence to Instructions: Participants must follow the instructions of the Instructors and adhere to the rules and guidelines of the studio.

5.  Equipment and Facilities
5.1. Equipment Usage: Participants must use the equipment provided by the studio in a safe and appropriate manner.
5.2. Facility Rules: Participants must comply with all studio rules and regulations posted within the facility.

6. Liability and Waiver
6.1. Liability Release: Participants release YOUnity Fitness Studio and its representatives from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses sustained during or as a result of using our Services.
6.2. Personal Belongings: The studio is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

7. Privacy
The collection and use of personal information are protected and will not be sold to third party venders or data collection agencies.

8. Modifications to Terms
YOUnity Fitness Studio reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be effective upon posting on our website.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
